Shipments and Deliveries

Shipping costs will vary depending on the number of days in which the Customer wishes to receive the goods. The total amount of the order will be visible before proceeding with the purchase confirmation.

Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Delivery will take place within a maximum of 1 week (except for special arrangements agreed in advance with our Customer Service).

The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address indicated at the time of purchase.

If the delivery does not take place successfully (in the event that the customer is absent at the time of delivery), our Customer Service will contact the Customer as soon as possible, in order to agree on the subsequent operating methods.
LA SECCHIA ANTICA ACETAIA is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper.

Upon receipt of the package, the Customer is invited to check:

that the number of packages is actually the one delivered

that the package is intact and undamaged:

Any disputes must be reported to the courier by indicating on the consignment note that you sign for collection, the words "Collected subject to inspection", otherwise the package is considered correctly delivered.
