Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Affinato is produced in an artisanal manner and strictly complies with the Production Regulations which require a minimum aging of 12 years . It presents itself in an elegant way thanks to the typical bottle, spherical in shape with a rectangular base in solid glass, designed exclusively by the designer Giugiaro. Using this type of bottle for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO is mandatory for all producers, as it is required by the Production Regulations.
It favors the sweet and sour balance essential for a balsamic for daily use. Affinato Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO is characterized by a dark brown, deep and shiny colour;
Ingredients :
- Cooked must of Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes
- Trebbiano Montanaro
- Trebbiano di Spagna
It is a 100% artisanal product. Maximum acidity of 6%. Contains Natural Sulphites which are formed during the normal fermentation of cooked must. By aging in small wooden barrels the product may present a sediment.
