The “GREY DESIGN” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a condiment made from selected grape must and wine vinegar , aged in 12 60 and 20 liter cherry and mulberry barrels .
It is characterized by a balanced, soft, enveloping and full flavour. “GREY DESIGN” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI stands out from other products for its intense black colour, brilliant and clear at the same time. It has an elegant and harmonious scent that involves and conquers.
Ingredients :
Cooked grape must (60%)
Aged Wine Vinegar (40%)
It is a 100% artisanal product obtained without caramel . Maximum acidity of 6%. Contains Natural Sulphites which are formed during the normal fermentation of cooked must. By aging in small wooden barrels the product may present a sediment.
In the kitchen :
omelettes, omelettes and risottos, gourmet salads. It goes very well with fish, seafood appetizers, grilled shellfish and white meats.
250 ml glass bottle with gift box and plastic measuring cap .
