Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. · 1 star (ml 250)

This is a balsamic vinegar of excellent quality, which is produced with the finest selection of ingredients and is aged in 225 litre oak barrels.
It has a delicate aroma, sharp flavour and balanced acidity. It goes particularly well with cooked or raw vegetables.
